We offer 45 minute group fitness sessions led by two passionate Coaches who are determined to help you perform your workout with proper form and confidence, regardless of your fitness level.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Our sessions are led by 2 certified Coaches that will make sure you are performing every exercise correctly and with confidence.  We can offer modifications or progressions for every exercise we do to meet you where you are, our program is for EVERY fitness level.

They will be with you the whole 8 weeks to hold you accountable to yourself and your goals.

We will make sure you are showing up, and we will help you stay on track with your nutrition.

 

Through Bi-Weekly check ins, we will follow up with you to make adjustments as needed to get you the best results possible!

CUSTOM NUTRITION

Metabolism, in short, is the internal process by which your body expends energy and burns calories. 

 

There are three main metabolic body types: Endomorph, Ectomorph, & Mesomorph. 

 

It is important to know your metabolic body type, because it can impact how you convert, use, and store energy from food. 

 

During this challenge, we will use your metabolic body type to help us decide how to distribute your caloric goal into macronutrient goals (carbs, fats, & proteins) that will best serve your body, in regards to your metabolic body type. 

You will also receive many other resources to help you stay on track with your nutrition and eat the best way possible to fuel your body!

PROGRESS TRACKING

Over the course of the 8 week program you will track your progress in a variety of ways.

We encourage all of our clients to track using every way because sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole picture. You are more than your weight, and your body composition matters.

So in addition to measuring, taking progress photos, and weighing in; you will receive 3 InBody scans.

InBody is a medical grade device that shows us our body composition in a clearer picture.

Body composition is used by health professionals to evaluate a person’s weight by breaking it down into its core components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It describes your healthy weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods like BMI & weight. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, lean muscle mass, and body fat percentage.

EDUCATION & COMMUNITY

At Resolute Fitness, our goals are TOTAL transformations. We believe that starts from the inside out. That is why we find mindset coaching to be an important part of what we do. We want to lift you up so you see your potential.

In addition, we will be creating education moments throughout the 8 week program to help you create and maintain a new healthier lifestyle.

Through these moments we will cover topics ranging from nutrition, meal prep, proper form of certain exercises, and of course mindset. We hope to cover a wide range of topics through these moments that will help reinforce your "why" and keep you motivated and focused.

And we can't forget to mention the amazing community here at Resolute Fitness. It is important to us that we have an environment that is judgment free, uplifting, supporting, encouraging, and motivating. And our members have that in spades.
